Allaudin is a skilled drummer and long-time Sufi and Dance Leader, who is a major force in the Ozark Shining Heart Community and Camps that have happened twice a year for over 40 years. The Dances of Universal Peace combine sacred phrases, simple melodies, and easy, evocative movements as a group to invoke the wholeness of our humanity through spiritual traditions far and wide. Zikr is the act of remembrance – remembering that we are all part of the Oneness, usually by singing and/or chanting repeating short phrases. All is taught, bit by bit, so anyone can do it, and songs and chants are in many languages from around the world.
